Welcome to Events By the Bay! Based out of San Francisco, CA, Events By The Bay is an all-inclusive event planning and coordination business that focuses on weddings and other milestone events. Janette Najar owns and operates this operation as the lead planner. This experienced professional has gathered a team of planners that will help make your festivities a remarkable milestone in your journey. Before founding Events By The Bay, Janette worked as an architect for 15 years. Her keen eye for sophisticated design and superb attention to detail inform her wedding planning ethos. Janette believes that planning an event is about collaboration.

Janette did a fantastic job! The services provided were decor, florals, rentals, and day of coordination. We primarily communicated via email and she was very professional and easy to work with. Everything turned out exactly how we wanted, and at a reasonable price. What really blew me away was her day of coordination! Meeting Janette and her team in person was a pleasure! They were friendly, professional and calm. My caterer was a bit unorganized in their serving of our food - overall turned out fine because Janette really stepped up, calling in more team members last minute to help, running around filling water herself, and provided much needed guidance to the food catering staff. Luckily we had Events By the Bay!

Janette is clearly an expert and is professional, kind, and effective. I can't recommend Events by the Bay enough! We partnered on flowers, signage, a chuppah (that stayed secure in wind and rain!!), seating chart, table numbers, and other decorations.
